Partners and sisters, Lisa and Lynn Ruoff, have combined their culinary and garden expertise to bring the Roaring Fork Valley it's only all organic restaurant while also providing organically and biodynamically grown produce out of their Eco-Goddess garden just a few blocks from the restaurant. Both Lisa and Lynn are experts in their collective fields - Lisa in the kitchen, and Lynn in the garden. Both are driven by their love of what they do and their passion for a more sustainable future. As sisters, partners, and best friends, these two sisters have taken the task of "changing the world, from seed to table" as seriously fun business!

Lisa's qualifications include:

- building and running a restaurant in Alaska that specialized in healthy, local cuisine (including locally caught, wild Alaskan seafood and vegetarian dishes)

- leading a "GE Task Force" for Vessels of Hope, a local Alaskan non-profit organization (educating people of the dangers of genetically modified organisms)

- changing over the kitchen of a 4 star Alaskan wilderness lodge to all organic and local foods while running the kitchen as head chef

- planning, building, and running Eco-Goddess Edibles!

- creating culinary wonders with the intention of universal love and compassion

Lisa's extensive knowledge of organic foods and her love of cooking make Eco-Goddess Edibles an excellent choice for catering services. Her tasty creations have been hailed as superb by many!

Lynn's qualifications include:

- starting gardening in her own back yard in Glenwood Springs CO years and years ago...

- continueing her gardening education by interning at Lost Valley intentional community in Eugene, OR

- internship as organic gardener at Peach Valley CSA in New Castle, CO

- working as garden manager for 3 years at Sustainable Settings Ranch in Carbondale, CO where she was in charge of weekly market sales, interns, volunteers, and all aspects of their organic and biodynamic garden

- working with the nature spirits and elementals in all natural surroundings to bring the best energetics into growing

Lynn's love for the natural world, her passion for gardening, and her connection to the elementals and nature spirits make her the perfect fit with the kitchens of Eco-Goddess Edibles to bring only the best tasting, most love-filled organic and biodynamic veggies to the table!
